Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the Unlock Your Brilliance Game™ must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. All components must be intact, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs, including any customs or duties, are the responsibility of the customer.
Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
This return policy applies only to the Unlock Your Brilliance Game™ (physical product).
Digital products, coaching sessions, and downloadable materials are non-refundable.
Returns are not accepted if:

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item, the fastest way is to request a return and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The game must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
